Inside the windowed butler's pantry and bar, accessed via doorways to either side of the refrigerator column, is a stainless single-basin prep sink, open upper shelving, lower cabinetry in deep blue, a JennAir wine cooler, and bar sink. A screened porch also opens from the kitchen. Featuring views to three sides, a linear fireplace with modern rough-hewn mantel, a stainless grill, and outdoor dining and seating areas beneath a vaulted ceiling, it leads to the pool deck, itself shaded by a live oak. To the other side of the living room can be found a media room where glass doors open to an additional screened porch with its own vaulted ceiling, porch swing, and conversation area. Tucked away to one side of the home for privacy, the main-level primary bedroom enjoys transomed windows on two sides: tall plantation-shuttered windows flanking the bed and a set of floor-to-ceiling windows framing the live oak.
