White Knight Anti-Spam

White Knight works by white listing email addresses that are acceptable and known addresses. Each inbound email is held by the White Knight Anti-Spam Solution while a reply email goes out to the sender asking for confirmation that it's a real person sending the email. Once the sender clicks an imbedded link in the email, the address is added to the white list of accepted emails, allowing all future emails to filter directly to the inbox.

White Knight's features allow recipients to look at the inbound mail that has been marked spam to catch legitimate emails whose senders didn't click on the link for various reasons. Users can also create a white list of their own before the solution is deployed, and click on email addresses to automatically have it added to the white list.
